i'm new to the board, but not the music.
hehe this is so cheesey but.....seeing a three fish performance in '99 in seattle really changed my perception of what i wanted to do with music and life. some of which i didnt really even realize till years later. so a very very belated "thank you" to all of you boys from the fish crew for all those years ago.
i'm excited to hear what you guys have been brewing up in the studio w/ tribe after tribe.

well.
i think the biggest impact was just the energy that the band gave. i wanted to give that feeling i had watching them to others. and i feel that i have on some ocations fulfilled that dream with my own music.
there is nothing better than connecting with folks through something you have created from nothing.
and i think for my life end of the question. just realizing that theres so much more to be done everyday to improve my life and importantly lives of others i love through understanding and compassion.
i think that robbi's lyrics are very beautiful and mystrious. and i try with my our music to evoke something moving. but without giving it a cheese factor...LOL if you know what i mean.
i have just recently started listening to three fish again...never really stoped but hadnt listened (if you know what i mean) for quite some time.
but anyway..thats enough babel from me..
hope you like my music...hehe also remember i just recorded it in my home on a small little studio. i'll make it into a real studio sometime soon with my friends and brother to record the real deal. =)

just checked out your music and i have to say that i really like "silence" and "daylight". well done!
the energy .. the same is true for tribe after tribe live. when i first saw them in 1997, it was the energy and the general atmosphere that hypnotized me. it was magic.
